Subhana’Allah, as I sit hear and listen to this lecture on Khadijah Bint Khuwaylid, I can’t help but be astonished at some of the traits she had. If you ever wondered why Khadijah is called “Mother of the Believers”, the lecture explains who she is from beginning until the end. It is important to know the history of the companions whom were close to the Prophet (SAW) in order to strive to be like them. Masha’Allah, Sheikh Shu’aib Webb has made this talk and lecture interesting enough for us to listen to.
It is always a relief hearing a good speech after you’ve been looking so long for one. Especially after all the ones that you attempted to listen to; were either monotonous, ineffective, and uncomprehending. I will post the video below so that you may listen to the speech as well. Alhamdulillah , May Allah help us become more like those companions who seeked the pleasure of Allah.
